We stand behind our road bike components like we stand behind our pedals. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

4. Processing Your Return

Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Card/PayPal: 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Original shipping costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
Exchange Information
For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return. Shipping charges for the replacement item will apply unless the exchange is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
